Azizi development

Azizi developments was established in 2007 and has quickly become one of the leading private developers in the UAE. They are the third-ranked developer in Dubai based on the amount of inventory they have sold. The company is known for modern residential and mixed-use neighborhoods that promote a sense of community and socialization.

Azizi developments pride themselves in providing their customers with exceptional prices on residences of all sizes. They have a wide-ranging portfolio from mid-income buyers to those that are interested in luxurious beachfront properties. They have more than 200 ongoing or planned projects, about 100 of which will be completed by the end of 2023. Azizi is a master developer focused on creating an entire community experience for its residents. Their largest communities by far are the Riviera in MBR City and Al Furjan.

The Riviera project is their most significant and anticipated development. This development will consist of 73 mid-rise residential buildings located in Meydan within the Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) city. MBR City will offer residents a beachfront experience on the world’s largest man-made lagoon, along with a variety of tourist attractions, sports facilities, and leisure activities nearby.
